November 2, 2024: Barry Keoghan officially joins Peaky Blinders universe! Netflix recently revealed the Irish actor’s first look from the upcoming spin-off film, in which he drives a truck, wears the iconic Peaky Blinders hat, leather jacket and hints at a new haircut on his face An intense role.
Despite fans’ excitement, details about Keoghan’s character are still being kept under wraps. This marks his debut Peaky Blinders He will return alongside Cillian Murphy as Tommy Shelby, the powerful leader of the gang. Other original cast members, including Stephen Graham, Sophie Randall, Ned Dennehy, Packy Lee and Ian Peck, will also reprise their roles. Jay Lycurgo also joined them, adding to the excitement.
Directed by Tom Harper, the film promises to be “an epic continuation of the award-winning gangster saga” set on the lawless streets of Birmingham in the 1900s. The film began production in September, and fans have already seen Murphy return to the character. The script was written by Steven Knight, who also co-produced with Murphy, among others, ensuring there’s a strong creative team behind this highly anticipated project.
