A young girl from Banda district of Uttar Pradesh will be hanged in Dubai after September 20. The parents of this young girl have tearfully pleaded with PM Modi and CM Yogi to intervene and save their daughter’s life. The parents say that fraudsters have forcibly and falsely implicated their daughter Shehzadi in the murder of a child. Actually she had gone abroad to get her face treated.
Princess stuck in Dubai Shahzadi’s father has filed a case through the court against four people including Agra youth Uzair, his aunt and uncle who committed fraud, under serious sections. Shahzadi’s father demands that Banda police interrogate these accused so that the whole truth comes out.
Actually, Shahzadi, the youngest of the three daughters of Sabbir Khan, a resident of Goyra Mughli village of Mataundh police station area of Banda, got burnt while cooking on the stove at the age of 8. Her face was damaged after the burns. Shahzadi was associated with an organization doing social work. Meanwhile, she became friends with a boy named Uzair, a resident of Agra, through Facebook.
Uzair deceived Shehzadi by saying that he will get her face treated in Dubai. Uzair said that his aunt, uncle and other relatives live in Dubai. Shehzadi’s father Sabbir Khan alleges that Uzair sold his daughter in Dubai for Rs. 1.5 lakhs. Where he was implicated in the case of the death of a 4-month-old child.
According to Sabbir Khan, neither were they allowing their daughter to come from Dubai nor were they allowing her to live properly. She was tortured. Now she has been sentenced to death. It is alleged that Shahzadi did not take proper care of her master’s sick child, due to which he died. Shahzadi appealed in the court but did not get any relief.
The victim’s father Sabbir has filed a complaint in the court and registered a case against the accused youth Uzair and his relatives and 4 other people in Mataundh police station. On the court’s order, the police have registered a case under sections 370/ 370 A/ 419/ 420/ 386/ 311/ 367. The father has demanded from the police that these accused should be arrested and interrogated so that the whole secret is revealed.
Sabbir said that my daughter is going to be hanged. We went to the Ministry of External Affairs (Delhi). We have got assurance. Recently, I got a call from my daughter. She told me that she can be hanged anytime after 20 September. If the government talks to the King of Dubai, our daughter’s life can be saved, or the family making the allegations can forgive her. My daughter went there in 2021.
For now, Mataundh police station SHO Ram Mohan Rai said that the case has been registered on the court’s order. The victim has accused 4 people including a youth from Agra. On the basis of the complaint, a case has been registered and investigation is being done, action will be taken according to whatever facts come to light.
