The body of a woman was found in Uttar Pradesh’s Banda district on Friday. After receiving the information, the police rushed to the scene, collected the body and sent it for autopsy. The deceased was identified as 36-year-old Suman. In this incident, Suman’s family filed an FIR against her parents. It has now been revealed that Suman’s “murderer” is none other than her husband Rambabu. He brutally murdered his wife on suspicion of an inappropriate relationship.
Suman’s autopsy report mentioned that he was strangled and stabbed about 24 times with sharp objects throughout his body, including his abdomen. The defendant’s husband, Rambabu, admitted during police interrogation that he stabbed Suman 24 times with nail clippers, strangled her to death, and threw the body into the forest. Rambabu also said he felt no sadness or regret for killing his wife.
Suman and Rambabu’s divorce case is ongoing. On the day of the incident, Suman had gone to court for a date. On his way back, Rambabu stopped him and committed the crime. At present, the police have captured the murderer’s husband and sent him to prison. The entire incident took place in Ahal village under the jurisdiction of Baberu police station.
Police said the woman’s husband committed the incident on suspicion of illicit relations. During the interrogation, it was discovered that the woman had returned from the court after arranging a divorce case. During this time, her husband stopped her on the road and talked about the inappropriate relationship. When the woman said nothing, she was strangled and stabbed 24 times with nail clippers.
Meanwhile, the family told the accused that husband Rambabu had doubted his wife’s character. The woman lived with her parents’ family for two years because of frequent fights. After the date, the husband called the woman and took her with him. There he was brutally murdered.
In this case, ASP Shivraj said that a body was found near Ahar village in Baberu Kotwali district and has been identified. The body was then sent for post-mortem. After investigation, the woman was a resident of a nearby village. Got into an argument with her husband. A case has been registered based on the family’s complaint. The defendant’s husband was arrested on Sunday. He has pleaded guilty to murder.
