Last night, Khatibunnisha called her lover Guddu to her in-laws’ house. Both were in the room. Then Khatibunnisha’s husband Halim (a truck driver from Ahmedabad) also returned home.

When the door of the house was closed, Halim became suspicious. When he looked in from the window of the house, he saw his wife Katibnisha and her lover Guddu in a bad state. After this, Halim attacked his wife’s lover Guddu in a rage. During this time, the two had a fierce fight. Halim then killed Guddu with a sharp knife in the house. At the same time, he also injured his wife with the same stick. In the case of injuries, Halim and his wife were first taken to the local hospital, and then the two were referred to the medical college in the area.
The accused husband, Halim, who is undergoing treatment at a medical college, said he drove a truck in Ahmedabad. He returned home yesterday after a month and a half and found that Guddu had an unpleasant incident with his wife. Seeing this, he got angry and started a fight with Guddu. During this time, Guddu died due to Bank’s attack.
According to Halim, Guddu also attacked him with a stick. He was injured in the attack. Halim’s nephew was also present. Meanwhile, Khatibunnisha, the injured wife in the case, told the police that her husband planned and called Guddu home and then murdered him along with his nephew.

SP Urban Ramanand Kushwaha, who went to the medical college to get information about the incident, said that the murder accused Haleem was a truck driver. When he returned home yesterday, the door was locked from inside. When he looked inside from the other side of the house, his wife was in a compromising position with her lover. Due to this, a fight took place between Haleem and Guddu, and then Haleem killed Guddu with a stick. The body has been recovered and Panchayatnama and postmortem procedures have been conducted.
Regarding the incident, Inspector Rajnath Singh, in-charge of Kotwali Kaiserganj, said a case of murder has been registered against the injured woman’s husband and her nephew and an investigation has begun. Halim’s nephew has been arrested. Halim is undergoing treatment in police custody.
