A court on Friday extended the police remand till October 26 of the nine accused arrested in the murder case of former Maharashtra minister and NCP leader Baba Siddiqui in Mumbai. Remand period extended to October 26

Role of Lawrence Bishnoi’s gang also under investigation
Investigations revealed that Shubham Lonkar, brother of Pune resident Praveen Lonkar, who was involved in the murder plot, has links with jailed gangster Lawrence Bishnoi . Shubham Lonkar and other wanted criminals conspired to commit the murder and provided weapons to the gunmen.
