October 30, 2024: Following the huge success 2nd Streetproducer Dinesh Vijan has announced a new horror comedy film titled Tamarstarring Ayushmann Khurrana and Rashmika Mandanna. The film will be released in theaters on Diwali 2025 and will also star famous actors Paresh Rawal and Nawazuddin Siddiqui.
Maddock Films shared the trailer on Instagram and said: “Dinesh Vijan’s horror-comedy universe needs a love story… unfortunately, this one is a bloody one. For #Thama – 2025 Get ready for Diwali!” The trailer humorously hints at the film’s blend of romance and horror, with the tagline: “This universe needs a love story, and unfortunately, this one is a bloody one.”
The film will be directed by Aditya Sarpotdar, known for Mongiawhile Dinesh Vijan and Amar Kaushik will produce it. The script is written by Niren Bhatt, Suresh Mathew and Arun Frala.
also TamarAyushmann will star in an untitled project alongside Sara Ali Khan, while Rashmika has Sikandar Salman Khan is in the making. Lively around Tamar Marks yet another interesting addition to the growing horror-comedy genre in Bollywood.
