The case between Atul Subhash v. Nikita Singhania (Atul Nikita case) was heard in the Jaunpur Family Court. Therefore, since both parties did not appear in court, the next court date is set for January 29.

On Monday, lawyers filed an application for forgiveness of absence on behalf of Viom’s guardian, Nikita. In a case of dispute between Atul Subhash and his wife Nikita Singhania, a suit was filed in the Family Court on behalf of Nikita seeking alimony to their son Vyom. However, Attu did not pay for the goods after placing the order. In this case, Viom’s mother, Nikita Singhania, as his guardian, once again filed a lawsuit with the court, requesting an order for recovery. The matter is under consideration. Allahabad High Court Judgment

In fact, all four defendants, including Nikita, are absconding for fear of police arrest. Subsequently, all four accused, including Nikita, applied for bail to the Allahabad High Court. The Allahabad High Court on Monday delivered its verdict on the petition filed by the four accused. All four defendants were granted bail. But only one in four will benefit. Because my wife, mother-in-law, and brother-in-law have all been arrested. In this case, this sense of security is no longer of any use to them. Now only Sushil Singhania, Atul’s wife’s uncle, can find relief. This means police are currently unable to arrest him.
