Atul committed suicide in Bengaluru, Karnataka. He is a resident of Samastipur, Bihar. His wife Nikita Singhania is a resident of Jaunpur in Uttar Pradesh. Nikita works in Delhi. On December 9, Atul hanged himself in his apartment in Bengaluru. Before his death, he wrote a 24-page suicide note. A video of over an hour was also produced. Among them, his wife Nikita, mother-in-law Nisha, brother-in-law Anurag and uncle and father-in-law Sushil Singhania were accused of abetting suicide. Not only that, Jaunpur Family Court Judge Rita Kaushik, who is hearing Atul-Nikita’s case, and her lawyer Madhav Phar were also accused of demanding bribes. Atul also said – If I don’t get justice, then my ashes should be thrown into the gutter.
Case filed on December 10
On December 10, Bengaluru police registered a case against four people on behalf of the Vikas brothers in the Atul Subhash case. Their search began. First, local police arrived at Nikita Singhania’s home in Khoamandi. There is a lock hanging there. All the accused are absconding. After this, Bengaluru police reached Jaunpur. There they also found a lock hanging outside Nikita’s house. Bengaluru police pasted the note outside the house and launched a search for the four accused.

Arrested on December 13
On the 13th, the Bangalore police received news that Nikita was in Gurgaon. He was arrested from there. Apart from this, with the help of the surveillance team, it was discovered that Nikita’s brother and mother were staying at a hotel in Jhunsi, Prayagraj city. On the evening of December 12, two police officers from Bengaluru police pretended to be doctors and nurses and spent the night in the same hotel. Pay close attention to every move of Nikita’s brother and mother. The next day, December 13, he was arrested. Bengaluru police had kept the investigation completely confidential until the arrest.
Later, all three were brought to Prayagraj court. He was then taken to Benares. From here, the police took the three accused to Bengaluru. Currently, all three defendants are in jail. The court has detained him for 15 days. But the fourth defendant remains on the lam. This is Nikita’s uncle Sushil Singhania.

Get bail from the High Court
After the four absconded, they approached the Allahabad High Court for bail. His appearance is scheduled for Monday. But before that Nikita, Nisha and Anurag were arrested. The petition was also allowed in the High Court on Monday. But Nikita, Nisha and Anurag will not get any benefit from it as they have been arrested. But yes, the uncle has not been arrested yet. So he can take advantage of that. This means he cannot be arrested.
