The incident took place on Monday afternoon at Kataeghat turn in Bargawa of Rangnath Nagar police station area. It is being told that the youth had a dispute with the JCB driver, after which the JCB driver crushed the youth with the loader. This broke the youth’s back. Seeing the youth being crushed with the bonnet, the people present on the spot also stopped the JCB driver. Despite this, he did not listen.

Then he hit the loader of the bulldozer on my waist and started pressing it. I have injuries on my back, leg and near the eye.

Police said this in the case

Police station in-charge Naveen Namdev said that yesterday evening people had informed that a young man had been hit by a JCB. Immediately the police force reached the spot and admitted the young man to the hospital. He was not in a position to give a statement. It seemed that he was a little intoxicated. After this, today we have registered a case after taking his statement. We are continuously trying to gather information regarding the driver, because the driver is absconding.
