Atiq’s son Omar is out on bail in money laundering case, but will not be released from jail!

Atiq Ahmed’s son Mohammad Umar was sent to Deoria for money transactions with Lucknow businessman Mohit Jaiswal jail and was released on bail. ED has registered a money laundering case against him in this regard. However, Omar will remain behind bars for now. Because he has not been released on bail in other cases.

The special CBI court in Lucknow on Thursday granted bail to Umar in a PMLA Act case registered in ED. Mohammad Umar was brought out from Lucknow jail under tight security on Thursday and will remain behind bars even after being granted bail in the case. Because there are many other cases also registered against him. He has not yet been released on bail.

Here, mafia Atiq Ahmed’s gunman Gudu Muslim is absconding since the Umesh Pal murder case in Prayagraj. Police have announced a reward for Gudu Muslim. But a year and a half later, there is still no trace of him. In this case, the police have now filed charges against Gudu Muslim as well as Aman and Sabir in court.

A court has filed charges against Qudu Muslim, Aman and Sabir for the broad daylight murder of Umesh Pal and his two government gunmen. A reward of Rs 5 lakh each has been announced for all three accused. The three have been on the run for nearly a year and a half since the Prayagraj massacre. Seizure actions have been taken against him in the past.

Atiq’s two sons, Umar and Ali, are also among the defendants imprisoned in the case.
