Are people responsible for the attack in Balechi?

Here are the bite marks of every bite on the bodies of the victims. This means there is a wolf creating the carnage. Wolves don’t attack like this because the scars are mostly seen on injured humans. Or seen on the bodies of the dead and children. Wolves or other predators don’t attack humans until the fear is gone.
