Apple has launched a new generation of MacBook Pro in India. At the Mac Event, the company launched its most powerful laptop models with new powerful chipsets in the M4 series – M4, M4 Pro and M4 Pro Max. The new laptop series comes in two screen sizes – 14-inch and 16-inch. In addition, the company also launched MacBook Air with M2 and M3 chips and 16GB RAM.
MacBook Pro series prices
The Apple MacBook Pro model with 14-inch display and M4 chip starts at Rs 1,69,900. The company has also started offering 16GB RAM in the base model of the MacBook Pro series. Prices start at Rs 2,49,900 for the model with a 16-inch display and M4 Pro chip. This high-end laptop series from Apple will be available in India from November 8. The company is offering a discount of Rs 10,000 on its purchase.
MacBook Pro 2024 Features
MacBook Pro 2024 laptops equipped with M4 chipset will have AI, or artificial intelligence capabilities. The company offers Thunderbolt 5 for fast charging in this laptop series. It has a 12MP central camera. This laptop is available in 14-inch and 16-inch screen sizes. Here the company presents the latest flagship processor of the M4 series. The M4 laptop comes with 16GB RAM. While the M4 Pro and M4 Pro Max laptops come with 24GB RAM.
Apple’s laptop is equipped with the latest macOS Sequoia 15.1. It provides Apple Intelligence functionality based on ChatGPT LLM. The company provides neural engine capabilities to support artificial intelligence. The Thunderbolt 5 port provided is capable of transmitting data at 120Gbps. Apart from this, Apple also offers 16GB RAM in MacBook Air models equipped with M2 and M3 chips. The price of this laptop starts at Rs 99,900.
