Amid the controversy, producer Rajan Shahi, known for his staunch support of the cast, publicly praised Ganguly, praising her dedication and humility.

The support comes soon after Ganguly filed a defamation notice against Esha Verma, accusing her of making defamatory remarks, including being “controlling and insane”, seeking compensation of Rs 50 crore. Esha’s allegations went viral after an old post from 2020 resurfaced, in which she accused Ganguly of breaking up her father’s previous marriage. After receiving the legal notice, Verma reportedly deleted the controversial video and made her social media accounts private.
