A Bengaluru police officer committed suicide. The soldier’s body was found beside the tracks. The deceased was a member of the Bengaluru City Police and was posted at Le Hulimavu Police Station in Bengaluru. Tippanna Alugur, a 33-year-old head constable, committed suicide within the limits of Byapanahalli police station. The body of the policeman was found on the railway tracks near Byappanahalli. The Sheriff also left a suicide note in which he blamed his wife and father-in-law for his death.
The police have registered a case under Section 108 of the Indian Judicial Code and started investigation into the matter. Bengaluru police are already investigating a similar case in which Atul Subhash, an engineer from Jaunpur, committed suicide in Bengaluru and blamed his wife, family and judges for his death in a multi-page suicide note.
What happened in Atul Subhash’s case?
Bengaluru police came to Jaunpur, Uttar Pradesh to investigate. His wife and her family live here. However, when police got there, no one was found. In this case, the Bengaluru police had put up a notice inside the house asking him to come within three days. If the defendant’s wife and her family are still absconding, the police can also take seizure action. According to Bengaluru city police officer Ayush Srivastava, the Bengaluru police issued a notification saying, “Nikita Singhania will be present at the Marathahalli police station in Bengaluru within three days before the investigating officer to be questioned about the circumstances surrounding the death of her husband Atul Subhash. “Please appear. ”
Nikita’s family was not notified
This notification is sent only to Nikita. It did not name other accused family members, including his mother Nisha Singhania, uncle Sushil Singhania and brother Anurag Singhania). The names of these people are in the FIR. When the notice was posted, the door to the house was closed and no family members were present. The address mentioned on the notice was Nikita’s home.
