Khanna said: “Mahakumbh 2025 is taking place in India, it is the largest gathering of mankind in one place, with 250 million people attending in a few weeks, and the peak daily attendance may reach 50 million people in a pop-up city ”
He shared a picture of the paratroopers deployed to provide security at the Mahakumbh Mela 2025.
“The ‘city’ itself is a wonder, built on the banks of a regularly receding holy river and eventually dismantled in an ecologically efficient manner. Pictured here is an Indian paratrooper commando deployed for the security of the holy gathering,” Khanna added road.
He highlighted how the party’s security was supported by NASA-style infrastructure.
“They are supported by a space-age surveillance infrastructure – NASA-style control rooms plus reconnaissance and surveillance drones and distributed sensors – primarily for troubleshooting and, of course, if needed,” Khanna said. It also ensures safety.”
He also appreciated the milk tea offered by Chaipoint at the Mahakumbh Mela 2025 and how it challenged Starbucks.
“A combination of traditional sacred activities with modern technology. The most interesting thing was the soldiers serving steaming cups of chai, the daily drink of choice in India,” he added.

Mahakumbh Mela 2025 will be held from January 13 to February 26 in Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh. This is one of the largest religious events in the world, held every 12 years.
