In its second weekend, the film raked in Rs 633 million on Saturday and Rs 766 million on Sunday. Weekday collections remained strong at Rs 26.95 million on Monday and Rs 23.35 million on Tuesday.

Hyderabad Premiere Event

While celebrating the success of the film, Allu Arjun Facing legal trouble after tragic incident during premiere at Sandia Theater in Hyderabad Pushpa 2: Rules. On December 4, a stampede-like incident left a woman dead and her young son seriously injured.

Arjun, who visited the theater without informing the authorities, was arrested by Telangana police on December 13 but was granted interim bail the next day. The theater management has also been arrested and a show cause notice has been issued.

Statement from Producer Allu Aravind

Arjun’s father, producer Allu Aravindvisited the injured boy, who remains on life support at a hospital in Hyderabad. In a video statement to the media, Aravind shared: “I have just visited Sri Taiji in the intensive care unit. The boy is recovering slowly over the past 10 days, but it may take longer. We are ready to help Any support he needs to recover.”

Legal counsel asked Allu Arjun not to visit the victim’s family at this time.

Despite the controversy, Pushpa 2: Rules continues to hit new milestones at the box office, cementing its place as one of the biggest blockbusters of the year.
