Syed Muhammad Altaf Bukhari reminded his constituents that when Article 370 and 35A were abrogated on August 5, 2019, he and his colleagues walked out of their homes and traveled to Delhi to meet the government there Leaders to ensure that the people of J&K retain exclusive rights to agricultural land and employment opportunities. He promised to protect the rights of the people of Jammu and Kashmir in the same spirit.
