An alert of heavy rain has been issued for three days in some parts of Himachal Pradesh. According to the Meteorological Center Shimla, the weather is forecast to remain bad in many parts of the state till August 25. There is a yellow alert of heavy rain at some places from 19 to 21 August. Watch the video.
