The cases of wolf attacks in Bahraich, Uttar Pradesh had not yet stopped and wolves have created terror in Khandwa, Madhya Pradesh too. On Friday, five members of a family were attacked by wolves. This incident took place at 2.30 am in Malgaon of tribal-dominated Khalwa tehsil, about 20 km from the district headquarters.

5 members of the same family were attacked

According to the information, a wolf attacked the members of the same family sleeping outside the hut and injured 5 of them. In this, the wolf attacked a woman on the head while it attacked a man on the hand. Apart from this, three more people have been injured in this attack. They have been admitted to the Government District Head Hospital of Khandwa.

This incident came to light after the injured were taken to the hospital. After which the forest department staff became active. People who woke up from deep sleep could not understand what had happened, then they saw a wolf. People surrounded him and beat him with sticks and then took him hostage. According to the villagers, the wolf died, but the forest department has not confirmed it yet.

People are scared of wolf attack

In this case, forest department officials say that animals like wild dogs, wolves, foxes are found in the forest around Malgaon. They sometimes come out in search of prey or water. Probably something similar happened on Friday night. However, no one knows how many more wolves are there in this forest. Meanwhile, the villagers have become terrified due to this attack.
