In Meerut, the accused who raped and murdered a 2-year-old girl and threw her body in a drain has been injured in a police encounter. The police arrested the accused and was taking him for medical examination. During this time he ran away and when the police went to arrest him, an encounter took place.
In Meerut, the police arrested the accused Mois on charges of raping and murdering a 2 year old girl and taking him for medical examination. But during this time the accused escaped by dodging the police. When the police went to arrest him, he started firing at the police. After which the police also opened fire in self-defense and the accused was injured. After this the police arrested him. However, he is currently undergoing treatment in the district hospital.

He ran away after throwing the dead body in the drain.
It is said that the accused Moise took away a two-year-old girl sleeping next to her family members late on Friday night. CCTV footage of the incident has also surfaced. When accused Moise was picking up the girl, she started crying. After which the girl’s family also got up and chased Moise, but he ran away taking advantage of the darkness. After this he raped and murdered the girl and threw her body in the drain.
Moise is shot in both legs
The girl’s body was found in the drain on Saturday morning. After which the girl’s family lodged a complaint and the police arrested Moise on the complaint of the family. But while being taken for medical treatment, Moise escaped by dodging the police. After this the police started searching for him and after an encounter in the evening, the police arrested Moise. Moise was shot in both his legs in the police encounter.
Giving information regarding the case, Meerut SSP Vipin Tada said that Moise is a resident of Bihar. He took away a two-year-old girl on Friday night and raped her. Police have also recovered a pistol from him. At present he is undergoing treatment in the district hospital. He was shot in both his legs.
