Afterwards, 286 points were scored on the scoreboard. Sediqullah Atal scored an innings of 104 runs with the help of 8 fours and 4 sixes. While Abdul Malik scored 84 points.
Facing this scoreline against Afghanistan, Zimbabwe’s batting collapsed like a house of cards. Zimbabwe could not play even half of the overs, scoring just 54 points in just 17.5 overs of the 50-over match. Only two Zimbabwean batsmen have reached double figures in touches. In this way, Afghanistan won the match by 232 runs, setting a great record. This was Afghanistan’s biggest victory in ODIs.
