Big action has been taken in the gangrape case that took place in Bhadarsa, Ayodhya. After the meeting of the victim’s minor girl’s mother with CM Yogi Adityanath, Pura Kalandar police station incharge Ratan Sharma and Bhadarsa outpost incharge Akhilesh Gupta have been suspended. Action has been taken against both of them for not taking prompt action and delay in registering the case. Apart from this, orders have also been given to investigate the properties of main accused Moid Khan. The Revenue Department has started measuring the land. It is alleged that the pond and government lands have been illegally occupied by Moid.
Actually, this incident of gang rape took place in the entire Kalandar police station area of Ayodhya, where after raping a minor, the accused made an obscene video of her and then blackmailed her for a long time and kept raping her one by one. The matter came to light when the victim became two months pregnant. The family members of the victim complained about this matter to the police but it is alleged that no action was taken initially. Later, when people of Nishad Party along with Hindu organizations expressed their anger, the police arrested SP’s Bhadarsa city president Moeed Khan and Raju, who worked at his bakery. NCPCR has also given notice to the police on this incident.

The mother of the victim minor girl met CM Yogi Adityanath in Lucknow on Friday (2 August). During this, the CM assured of strict action against SP leader Moeed Khan and other accused. After this, action has also been taken against the police station in-charge and outpost in-charge and investigation into the property of the accused has been started.
CM Yogi had also raised the issue in the assembly
It is noteworthy that while speaking on the issue of law and order in the Assembly yesterday, CM Yogi had shown the mirror to the Samajwadi Party. He said that the person who committed rape in Ayodhya is close to the SP MP (Awadhesh Prasad). But the party has not taken any action on it till now. Is this something to be avoided lightly? CM Yogi had said that Samajwadi Party leader Moin Khan, who lives with the Ayodhya MP, was found involved in this act. He wakes up and eats with them. He is a member of his own team. But SP did not take any action on it. But in our government, those who breach the safety of women will not be spared.

This is the whole incident
The 12-year-old victim girl is the youngest of four sisters. Father died two years ago. The household survives on the money earned from labor by his mother and sisters. It is alleged that about two and a half months ago the victim was returning from the fields after working as a labourer. Then on the way he met a man named Raju who told him that bakery owner Moeed Khan was calling him. It is alleged that Moeed raped her and Raju made a video of it. Then Raju also raped the girl. For a long time, both of them kept doing dirty work with her by blackmailing her on the basis of the video.
The matter came to light when the girl became 2 months pregnant. The victim’s mother told that when we went to the police post with the complaint, the sub-inspector told us to keep Raju’s name but remove the other name. Then after the intervention of the SP, our case was registered. We want death sentence for the accused.
