SHO Pannelal of Narhi police station, who was absconding in the corruption case in Ballia, has been arrested. He has been arrested by the SOG team from Gorakhpur. He was absconding after the extortion scandal was exposed. After which he was suspended. So far 18 policemen related to this incident have been arrested.
Rs 5 lakh was collected every day
