Before the murder, the husband himself posted a video claiming that his wife poisoned him. After receiving the news, the police immediately rushed to the scene, seized the body and sent it for autopsy. The police have registered a case and started investigation.

The incident took place in Smirpur village under the jurisdiction of Kadadam police station. Shailesh Kumar, 32, a resident of this place, has been busy preparing for Karva Chauth since Sunday morning. His wife Savita also fasted for her husband’s long life. But, in the evening, when the women broke their fast after seeing their husbands’ faces, a fight broke out between Shailesh and Savita.

Wife absconded and said she was going to a neighbor’s house

However, after a while, everything became normal. My wife made macaroni for dinner. The woman had poisoned it. After that, the wife ran away from home and asked to go to a neighbor’s house. Once the macaroni was finished, her husband Shailesh’s condition began to deteriorate after some time. Seeing that his health was deteriorating, his family took him to the hospital, where he eventually died.

Husband recorded video and issued statement before death

Shailesh’s death caused an uproar among the family. After receiving a complaint from the deceased’s brother, the police registered a case against the defendant’s wife and launched an investigation. Besides, Kadadam police have arrested the wife of the accused and are interrogating her. At the same time, the deceased also expressed his statement through a video recorded during his lifetime. In it he talks about his wife poisoning her food.

Defendant’s wife arrested

SP Brijesh Kumar Srivastava said an argument broke out between the couple at Ismail village in Kadadam police station area on Sunday night. The wife allegedly poisoned her husband’s food. As a result, his health deteriorated and he died during treatment in the hospital. The matter has been filed. The body has been sent for post-mortem. Additionally, the woman has been arrested and further action is being taken.
