Recently, Arvind Kejriwal and Manish Sisodia told the Delhi High Court that the agency has not received the required approval to hear the case and therefore the ongoing proceedings before the trial court should be stayed. The Delhi High Court on Friday issued notice to the Education Department in the matter and sought its reply. The next hearing in the case will be held in February 2025.
