Regarding this dispute, on the night of September 6, the accused Guddu Raja and Shishupal Singh, along with some of their associates, came to his house and after vandalizing the house, poured diesel on Inder Patel while he was sleeping and set him on fire and fled from the scene.

After this, Inder Patel’s family admitted him to the district hospital in a serious condition. From there, seeing his serious condition, he was referred to Jhansi Medical College for treatment. On the basis of the complaint, the police registered a case against the accused under relevant sections and arrested two accused Guddu Raja and Shishupal Singh and sent them to jail and started further investigation.
