The drain is open just 100 meters away from the municipality on Garh Road in Hapur. Cleanliness work is being done here by the municipality. Garh Road was flooded due to heavy rain on Friday. Here, when a young man was passing through the road, due to it being full of water, he could not see the open drain in front and he fell into the drain along with his bike.
