Raigad Triple Murder Case: A heartbreaking case of triple murder has come to light from Raigad district of Maharashtra. Where a man who turned savage due to property dispute killed his 40-year-old elder brother, pregnant sister-in-law and minor nephew by attacking them with an axe. The accused carried out this triple murder with great brutality. However, the police later arrested the murderer.

People are terrified by this triple murder incident in Kalamb village of Raigad district. The accused killed his elder brother Madan Patil, his 35-year-old pregnant wife and 11-year-old son. The bodies of all three were found lying behind their house on the river bank in Kalamb village of Karjat area on Sunday morning.

Police said that the deceased woman was seven months pregnant. The accused attacked the victims with an axe, causing head injuries to them. A Neral police official told PTI in this case that the police have arrested Hanumant Patil, the accused brother of Madan Patil. He committed this triple murder due to property dispute.

The police officer further said that after killing the three people on Sunday, the accused went to the Ganesh pandal at his relative’s house on Monday morning and sat outside the pandal to make it look like he was there since night. However, his movements were captured in the CCTV camera, in which it can be seen at what time he reached the pandal and at what time he left from there.

The police officer said that until his arrest, the accused kept misleading the police and kept denying his role in the crime. But after intensive interrogation, he confessed to killing all three people. Police said that a case has been registered against the accused under sections of murder.
