The protest against the rape-murder of a trainee doctor at Kolkata’s RG Kar Medical College turned violent on Thursday night. A protest under the name ‘Reclaim the Night’ was being held here on Thursday night, when suddenly a crowd arrived. The mob first vandalized the vehicles and then threw stones at the police. After this the mob also entered the emergency ward of the hospital and damaged property here too. watch video
