A man killed several women in his family in Karachi, Pakistan. Police said on Monday that a Pakistani man killed four women in his family, including a mother and sister, because they adopted a “liberal” lifestyle and used social media, according to the agency. The accused, Bilal Ahmed, was arrested on Saturday and appeared in court on Monday before being taken into police custody.
During the hearing, Ahmed told the court that he slit the throats of his mother, sister, niece and sister-in-law because their “liberal” lifestyle was damaging his marriage and they were always harassing him.

The bodies of four women with their throats slit were found on Saturday in an apartment in Karachi’s Old Soldier Chowk area.
