Britain’s security downgrade challenges in Rajkumar Harry Court

London:

Prince Harry was in the UK court for the latest phase of his legal challenge against a government decision to dowry his personal security in Britain on Tuesday, when he visited Britain.

The self-east-shadi entered the royal courts around 9:30 AM (0830 GMT) in Central London, where the judges were to start considering their case in the court of appeal of the complex.

After the dramatic division of Harry with the royal family in 2020 and later in North America, the British government said that they would no longer be given a “identical degree” of publicly funded protection in Britain.

But 40 -year -old Rajkumar took legal action against the internal ministry and after his initial case was rejected last year, he has now challenged the London’s Court of Appeal. Harry and his American wife Meghan are no longer classified as Royals working after their sharp departure from the UK in 2020, which has left him to a large extent from the family. He has launched a new life in California, but the younger son of King Charles III has said that security concerns have obstructed his ability to go home and he has rarely returned to Britain only for low trips.

“UK is my home. UK is central for my children’s legacy,” he said in a written statement read by his lawyers at a hearing in 2023. “This cannot happen if it is not possible to keep them safe. I can’t put my wife in such a way, and looking at my experiences in life, I can’t put myself in the hormon.”

Harry’s mother, Princess Diana, was killed in a high-speed car accident in Paris in 1997, as she tried to escape from Paprazi photographers.

Last week, the court of appeal said that the hearing section, which is going to be held on Tuesday and Wednesday, will be held privately due to security concerns. Tuesday’s hearing comes on the same day when a new podcast “Confession of a female founder” by Harry’s wife was about to be launched.

The Rajkumar’s legal battle center on the February 2020 decision relates to the protection of a committee and royals and public data formed by the UK Ministry to reduce its safety.

The High Court of Britain was earlier told that the decision was after being a working member of the royal family after a change in Harry’s situation.

The High Court ruled against Harry’s case in February 2024, saying that the government had done a legal job.

According to the Times newspaper, Rajkumar’s initial dialect was rejected in April 2024 in April 2024 and was ordered to pay £ 1,000,000 (1.17 million euros) in legal costs.

However, next month, a judge said that Harry could actually challenge the verdict in the appeal of appeal.

Harry’s lawyers told the High Court that he was “out” and the committee’s decision “less favorable” was treated, claiming that the alleged flaws made the downgrad “illegal and inappropriate”.

The government argued that the committee was entitled to end the safety of Harry, which should be “Bispok” and should be considered on a “case-by-case” basis.

Harry, who has taken several legal suits against the British UK Tabloid Dillies, is also entangled in a separate line on a charity for co-installation in Southern Africa.

A bitter boardroom fight has resigned the Prince as the patron of the Sentabel Charity.

His chair, Sophie Chandauka, has accused him of being involved in “Badmashi” and “Cover Up”.
