Congress leader Sandeep Dixit targets Aam Aadmi Party national convenor and former Delhi chief minister Arvind Kejriwal ). He said Arvind Kejriwal cannot become Delhi Chief Minister.
Sandeep Dixit said the Supreme Court has made it clear that we are allowing him to come out of jail but he cannot sign any document as Delhi chief minister. Neither can go to the CM office. Unable to meet with any officials. Neither can give orders to officers. That said, the Supreme Court ruled that Kejriwal had no right to be the chief minister.
‘Kejriwal can’t become chief minister’
Although he continued as the chief minister of Delhi as per his oath, he had to appoint someone else as the chief minister of Delhi, which is a condition of bail even today. If he becomes chief minister tomorrow and calls officials and signs some papers, the bail conditions will be broken. Once the bail conditions are broken, he (Kejriwal) will go to jail. There is no way he can become the chief minister.
