India vs Australia Melbourne Test Timings: There is a lot of buzz these days about the Border-Gavaskar Trophy in Australia in 2024-25. The five-match Test series between India and hosts Australia begins on November 22. India played the first Test match in the absence of Rohit Sharma and defeated Australia by 295 runs to take a 1-0 lead in the series. After their victory in the Perth Test, the Indian team reached Adelaide for the second Test but could not contend with the pink ball in the day-night Test match. In this game, the Australian team made a magnificent comeback and won by 10 wickets, leveling the series at 1-1. After this, the two teams faced each other in a test match at the Gabba, but the match was tied due to rain. Now the fourth Test of the series is about to be played in Melbourne and both teams are busy preparing for it.
All three Test matches are played at different times
So far, the three Test matches of the Border-Gavaskar Trophy have started at different times and now the fourth Test match will also start at different times. The first Test match in Perth begins at 7.50 am India time. Thereafter, the second Test match started in Adelaide at 9:30 am India time. Thereafter, the third Test match will begin at the Gabba at 5:50 am. However, due to rain, the next 4 days of play started at 5:20 AM IST, after being scheduled to start at 5:50 AM IST to make up for the overs on the first day.
Toss-ups will take place by 5 p.m. on the first day
After the first three Test matches, fans now have to wake up early in the morning to watch the fourth Test match. However, fans will have to wake up earlier this time as the fourth Test match in Melbourne will start promptly at 5 am India time. On the first day, the toss will take place half an hour before this, at 4.30pm. The rest of the day, games will start directly at 5 o’clock. The final and fifth Test of the series will also be played simultaneously.
