The police took major action in the Atul Subhash suicide case. Nikita Singhania, wife of deceased Atul Subhash, her mother Nisha Singhania and brother Anurag Singhania have been arrested by Bengaluru police. Nikita was arrested from Gurugram, while her mother and brother were arrested from Allahabad.

Later, the two were brought to Bengaluru to appear before the court and the court has sent them to judicial custody. On December 13, Bengaluru police posted a notice outside the Jaunpur residence of Atul Subhash’s wife Nikita Singhania.
Demanding Rs 30 lakh to meet his son
The arrests came after the Bengaluru police decided to seek help from the Uttar Pradesh police to trace the accused. The three accused were accused of demanding Rs 3 crore to withdraw the case against Atul and Rs 30 lakh for the right to meet his son.
Atul Subhash wrote a 24-page suicide note.

After Atul Subhas committed suicide, his in-laws absconded. left his home in Jaunpur. The police are busy arresting him. Currently, all three defendants have been arrested.
