A surprising incident took place in Odisha’s Balasore district. A farmer is working in the fields. During this time, he was bitten by a venomous snake. The farmer put the snake in a bag and took it to the hospital, but it died. The police have taken the farmer’s body into custody and handed it over to his family after autopsy. After the incident, there was a craze in the farmer’s village. Meanwhile, the victim’s family members were in poor condition and wept bitterly.
The entire incident took place in Sant Bripada village in Soro block of Balasore district. A 45-year-old farmer, Bharat Behera, was bitten by a snake and died during treatment. As usual, Bharat went to the fields to harvest paddy. Just then, a snake suddenly bit his leg. As soon as he heard the sound of a snake bite, Bharat alerted farmers working in nearby fields.
The farmer put the snake in his bag and took it away
Farmers who came to help immediately caught the snake. The farmers caught the snake because Bharat could get better treatment by showing the snake to the doctor. Bharat put the snake in a bag and reached the nearest sub-health center with his family and villagers. Upon reaching here, doctors immediately gave first aid to Bharat and later seeing his deteriorating condition, he was transferred to Balasore District Hospital, but he succumbed to his injuries during treatment.
