All four accused, including his wife Nikita Singhania, have been arrested in the suicide case of artificial intelligence software engineer Atul Subhash (Atul Subhash case update). When Bengaluru police reached Nikita Singhania’s house to conduct a raid, they found the house locked there. Police again put up notices there and began searching for all the accused. Meanwhile, a CCTV footage has surfaced. Nikita’s mother and brother appear in it. Both reached a hotel in Jaunpur. Nikita’s mother just drank water at the hotel, stayed for a while and then left with her son.
According to the hotel owner, when Nikita’s mother Nisha Singhania arrived there, he was unaware of her condition. She looked scared. He said – we are very worried. Going to the hospital. Later, the hotel owner gave them water to drink. She stayed there for a while. Then his son came. Then the two of them got on their bicycles and headed somewhere. The hotel owner didn’t know where the two went.
Before the Bengaluru police, local police also reached Nikita’s house on Wednesday. But by then everyone had fled. Not long ago, both of them saw someone leaving the house. Then they went to the hotel. The hotel owner said – I don’t know anything about him. She looked worried. So I asked him the reason for the problem. She was given water to drink and then she left.

When some media persons reached Nikita’s house on Tuesday, her mother Nisha and brother Anurag were seen standing on the terrace. And he said – we’re not going to reveal anything here. Whatever happens, it happens in court in front of everyone. Whatever accusations are leveled against us are baseless. Regardless of who makes these accusations against us, we will answer all of them in court. Nikita’s lawyer also stated – I cannot provide any information about my client.
The defendant will be detained soon
Bengaluru police will take all four accused into custody soon. They will be interrogated. They will then be remanded in court transit custody. The matter is under investigation. Atul Subhash had made serious accusations against his wife Nikita Singhania’s mother, brother and uncle before committing suicide. The video shows that Nikita has had 9 false cases filed against him. He was tired of giving money to Nikita and his family. Their needs show no end in sight. Atul had enough and committed suicide on Monday.
