So far, no complaint has been filed by any party in the Atul suicide case to the Jaunpur police. But in Bengaluru, Atul did lodge an FIR against four people, including his sister-in-law Nikita. It is said that Nikita is currently in Delhi. Nikita’s family, on the other hand, lives only in Jaunpur.
Atul Subhash committed suicide after serious allegations were leveled against many people, including his wife. Atul also made serious accusations against Judge Rita Kaushik, who was hearing the case. Regarding this matter, Vinod Srivastava, the advocate for Atul’s wife Nikita Singhania (Nikita Singhania) said – We are not prepared to make any remarks on this matter in front of the camera. Dinesh Mishra, the lawyer handling Atul Subhash’s case, said Nikita has filed a court case against Atul. Atul is an engineer from Bangalore. Nikita also works in Delhi, so the court ordered a monthly maintenance of Rs 40,000 for her minor children. The court did not make any maintenance order for Nikita as she was working.
Lawyer Dinesh Mishra said Atul felt he had been unfairly treated. He should have gone to the High Court but he committed suicide and there was no fault of the court behind the suicide.

Atul Subhash’s second lawyer Awadesh Tiwari said Atul’s wife has filed an alimony suit. The court has rendered its judgment. Things lasted about a year and a half to two years. It was decided that Atul should pay 40,000 rupees a month as alimony to his son. However, in the video, Atul claimed that my wife wanted more money from me. To this end, she is trying new tricks.
