Prime Minister Narendra Modi arrived in Rajasthan today. The Prime Minister inaugurated the Rising Rajasthan Summit here. On the occasion, he highlighted the country’s development, with foreign investment doubling in a decade. Rajasthan connects two major economic centers such as Delhi and Mumbai. Connecting ports in the states of Rajasthan, Maharashtra and Gujarat to northern India.
We are developing a multi-modal logistics park here, the Prime Minister said. About two dozen industrial parks are being built here. This will make it easier to set up industries in Rajasthan. Industrial interconnection will be even better.
Prime Minister Modi talked about tourism. Rajasthan is the main center of India tourist map. There’s history here and there’s a beautiful lake. The songs, music and food are not enough here. People want to come to Rajasthan for destination weddings. In the 10 years from 2014 to 2024, more than 70 million foreign tourists have come to India.
