December 7, 2024: Deepika Padukone attended the much-anticipated concert with singer Diljit Dosanjh in Bengaluru on Friday Her longest public appearance, just a few months after the birth of her daughter Dua.
In a video shared by Diljit’s team on Instagram, Deepika can be seen happily enjoying Diljit’s live performance on stage, wearing a casual white sweatshirt and jeans. Her infectious energy and joy were palpable and this was her first public appearance since becoming a mother, marking a milestone.
A few months ago, she and husband Ranveer Singh introduced their daughter Dua Padukone Singh to the world on Diwali. The couple shared a heartfelt message about their daughter’s name, “Dua” which means prayer, symbolizing that their daughter is the answer to their prayers. Deepika and Ranveer welcomed their first child on September 8, 2024, and have since embraced the joy of parenthood with immense love and gratitude.
Deepika is also active on the work front and was last seen on screen with Ranveer in singham againin which she plays the fierce character Shakti Shetty, aka Lady Singham. The film also has a star-studded cast, including Kareena Kapoor Khan, Arjun Kapoor, Ajay Devgn, Tiger Shroff and Akshay Kumar.
