Something similar happened to Shaheen Shah Afridi. Shaheen Shah Afridi’s rating has reached 682. Which is earlier. Before the Zimbabwe series, Shaheen had a rating of 696, but his rating dropped due to missing two consecutive games. Meanwhile, Afghanistan’s Rashid Khan has taken no action. Now as per the latest update, Rashid Khan has a rating of 687 and has become the number one bowler in the ICC ODI rankings. Since Shaheen Shah Afridi did not play, his rating rose to 682 and his ranking rose to second place. There is one match left in Pakistan’s series against Zimbabwe and Shaheen will also be unavailable for this match, meaning his rating will be lower. While it’s highly unlikely that they’ll drop to second or lower.
