Union Minister Ashwini Vaishnav spoke about strict curbs on obscene and objectionable content on social media. He said content that is inconsistent with Indian culture will be banned on social media. He also advocated strict enforcement of laws in this regard.
The Union Minister said that there is a big difference between the culture of our country and the culture of the countries where these social media platforms are hosted. I hope the Opposition will discuss this issue. We are ready to discuss this issue.
