In view of the Delhi Assembly elections, the Aam Aadmi Party on Thursday announced the first batch of 11 candidates. Among them, the names of some of our current MLAs have been removed. Seelampuri seat is one of them. The seat of sitting Aam Aadmi Party MLA Abdul Rehman has been canceled from here. Chaudhary Zubair Ahmed, who recently joined the Aam Aadmi Party from the Congress, got his ticket from here.
TV9 Bharatvarsha spoke to Aam Aadmi Party MP Abdul Rehman from Seelampur Assembly. During this time he said my political views were not a consideration. I started my career as an independent candidate. Victory is never guaranteed with a vote. One has to work for it. One has to fight for it. This is the Seerampur Assembly Block where iron must be chewed.
Kejriwal fears Modiji
He said since Arvind Kejriwal came back from jail, I feel that his mind has lost its balance. They are so afraid of Modi that they believe they can win only by dismantling the people of the BJP and Congress at all costs and making them fight.
Abdul Rahman said he did not think the Aam Aadmi Party would form a government this time. Even if the Aam Aadmi Party forms the government, it is better to contest as an independent candidate than to win the election as a weak member of the Aam Aadmi Party. Or win by fighting other good parties.
They forget that Mayawati also thinks the same
He said it was more interesting to work for independent-minded people than to live in front of a dictator. Kejriwal believed that the vote was being held in his name only. Whoever he sent would give him victory, but he forgot that Mayawati thought the same. Look today, Mayawati Ji neither has any MLA nor any MP.

Abdul Rehman said the sitting MLAs whose seats had been cut were protesting against his policies. Regarding the investigation that the leader of the Aam Aadmi Party is talking about, Abdul Rehman said that this investigation has never been carried out. To mislead people, Kejriwal used the excuse that an investigation was underway. They just have to do what they want. He said, I’m not one of those people who sit at home and become a martyr. I’m sure there’s some way forward.
