The Uttar Pradesh Assembly held polls on nine vacant seats on Wednesday. After the polls closed, the estimated results of the exit polls were out. According to exit poll estimates, the BJP appears to be leading in nine seats. According to the Prep exit polls, the People’s Party is expected to gain seven seats, the Socialist Party two seats and zero others. However, the election results will be announced on November 23, when which party candidate wins which seat.
On the other hand, according to the Times Now JVC exit polls, the BJP is expected to win 6 seats and the Samajwadi Party is expected to win 3 seats. This means that the BJP will also be leading according to this exit poll.
According to exit polls by Zee News, out of the total nine seats in the state by-elections, the BJP is expected to win five seats and the Samajwadi Party four seats.
Congress supports Samajwadi Party
Let us tell you that the Congress Party has not fielded any candidate in this Assembly by-election but has declared its support to the Samajwadi Party candidate. Just like that, the candidates also stood on the election symbols of the Samajwadi Party in all seats and the Congress also declared its support for them.
