Dharti Aaba: The 150th birth anniversary celebrations of Lord Birsa Munda are about to begin. On the occasion, Prime Minister Narendra Modi will visit Jamui in Bihar to celebrate Tribal Pride Day on November 15. The Prime Minister will unveil commemorative coins and stamps to Lord Birsa Munda around 11 am. During this period, the Prime Minister will also inaugurate and lay the foundation stones of several development projects worth over Rs 6,640 crore.
The Prime Minister will attend the house-warming ceremony of 11,000 houses built by the Tribal Magistrate Maha Abhiyan. The Prime Minister will also inaugurate 23 mobile medical units under PM-Janman and another 30 MMUs under Dharti Aaba Tribal Gram Utkarsh Abhiyan to increase access to healthcare in tribal areas.

Apart from this, the Prime Minister will also inaugurate 300 Van Dhan Vikas Kendras to promote tribal entrepreneurship and help improve livelihoods. In addition, 10 Eklavya model residential schools will be opened for tribal students at a cost of approximately Rs 450 crore. He will also inaugurate two tribal freedom fighter museums at Chhindwara and Jabalpur in Madhya Pradesh and two tribal institutes at Srinagar in Jammu and Kashmir and Gangtok in Sikkim to record and preserve the rich heritage of tribal communities History and Heritage.
Groundbreaking for new road and community center
Prime Minister Modi will lay the foundation stone of 500 kilometers of new roads and 100 multi-purpose centers that will serve as community hubs and improve connectivity in tribal areas. He will also lay the foundation stone of 25 more Eklavya model residential schools at a cost of over Rs 1,110 crore for the education of tribal children.
