Sharad Pawar is not afraid of ED notification…Supriya Sule replies to Sunil Tingre

NCP (Sharad) leader Supriya Sule

As the date for the Maharashtra Assembly elections approaches, political parties have started campaigning. Meanwhile, NCP (Sharad) working president Supriya Sule addressed the rally. During this rally, he sharply targeted NCP-led Ajit Pawar MLA Sunil Tingre. He said Sunil Tingre has issued a legal notice to his father, NCP chief Sharad Pawar, warning him not to defame him in the Pune Porsche car hit-and-run case. He made the remarks at a rally organized in support of Bapu Pathare party candidate from Vadgaon Sheri constituency.

However, Supriya Sule, MP from Baramati in Maharashtra, did not explicitly adopt the name Sunil Tingre. Without naming names, he said the person who received the last ticket has now given notice that he will drag Sharad Pawar to court if he is defamed in the Porsche car case.

Don’t be afraid of ED notifications

Supriya Sule further said that Sharad Pawar was not even afraid of the Enforcement Directorate’s notice. Do you think he’s afraid of your attention? He also said that we will respond to this notice. Tingre, a candidate from the Ajit Pawar-led NCP’s Vadgaon Sheri seat, has been accused of using his influence to protect the accused in the Porsche accident case. On the morning of May 19, a 17-year-old boy, allegedly under the influence of alcohol, drove a Porsche car at high speed in Pune’s Kalyani Nagar area and knocked down two IT professionals. There was also a woman among them. Both died in the incident.

In the 2024 Maharashtra Assembly elections, there is a possibility of a fierce contest between Mahayutty and Maha Vikas Aghadi. Voting for all 288 seats in Maharashtra will be held in phases on November 20 and counting of votes will be completed on November 23. The term of the Maharashtra Assembly will end on November 26.
