Congress leader Rahul Gandhi
Political rhetoric between the Bharatiya Janata Party and the Congress has again heated up over a new issue. After Rahul Gandhi recently presented the Constitution, the BJP targeted him over the issue. BJP spokesperson Prem Shukla and Maharashtra Deputy Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis accused Rahul that it was not a constitutional statue but just a blank sheet of paper. A symbol of “hypocrisy”.
Maharashtra BJP released a video on X attacking the Congress. He accused Rahul Gandhi of actually trying to promote “communist and urban Naxalite” ideology by displaying his red constitution. The BJP claimed that the book, which was presented as a constitution, actually had blank pages that did not contain any constitution-related material. Beyond the video, some say Congress’s own constitution is equally hollow.
The constitution is just an excuse to amplify Lal Kitab and spread hatred in the name of love…
Congress wants to erase the Constitution of India like this. All the laws made by Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar will be deleted. Here’s why Rahul Gandhi will cancel bookings at short notice pic.twitter.com/C94Wa3CZee
