Young man sits on a box of firecrackers before explosion
A young man died while bursting crackers in the IT city of Bengaluru on Diwali night. Under the influence of his friends, the young man placed a bomb in a box and sat on it. When the bomb exploded, the entire carriage flew up. The young man sitting on the carriage was severely burned. Especially the private parts were damaged. He was immediately taken to hospital and died two days later during treatment. After receiving the information, the police arrived and arrested the youth’s accomplices.
According to police, the incident took place at Vivars Colony in Konankunt. On Diwali night, October 31, young people like Shabarish, Naveen, Dinkar, Satyavelu, Karthik, Satish, Santosh and others set off fireworks in this colony. During this time, Naveen, Dinkar, Satyavelu, Karthik, Satish, Santosh and others filled a box with loud firecrackers and asked Shabarish to sit on it. Afterwards, firecrackers were lit. Suddenly there was a loud noise and the box was scorched and flew into the air. Shabarish, who was sitting on the carriage, was also seriously injured.
Private parts severely burned
After the accident, Shabarish’s family rushed him to Victoria Hospital. Doctors told Shabarish that his private parts were severely burned in the bomb blast. Doctors tried their best to save Shabarish and sent him to a burns unit, but Shabarish died during two days of treatment. After receiving the information, the police rushed to the hospital and registered a case against Naveen, Dinkar, Satyavelu, Kartik, Satish, Santosh and others based on the family members’ complaints. The youths allegedly forced Shabarish to sit on the firecrackers.
Friends challenged me to sit on the carriage.
According to police, the accused challenged Shabarish saying that they would let him ride the bike if he sat on the box containing the firecrackers. Although Shabarish initially refused, he succumbed to the lure of the bike and the challenges of his friends. After a while, he was sitting on a box full of firecrackers. At the same time, the defendant set fire to the carriage. A video of the incident has also gone viral on social media.
