Singer Sharda Sinha remains unconscious in hospital, PM Modi receives health update

Sharda Sinha, the famous Indian folk singer, is currently admitted to AIIMS. According to the latest news, Sharda Sinha has fallen into coma in the hospital. Sharda is on ventilator support at AIIMS Delhi since yesterday. Now, the country’s Prime Minister Narendra Modi also called Sharda Sinha’s son Anshuman Sinha on Tuesday morning to check on his health condition. Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi inquired about Sharda Sinha’s health.

Sharda Sinha has cancer

It is understood that folk singer Sharda Sinha is suffering from cancer and needs oxygen due to health complications. He has been suffering from multiple myeloma since 2017. This is a type of bone marrow cancer. He has been on ventilator at AIIMS in Delhi as his health condition deteriorated. Sharda Sinha’s treatment has been going on for more than a week. Sharda Sinha is currently under the supervision of a team of doctors.

Sharda awarded Padma Shri

Sharda Sinha is a recognized folk singer in India. The singer has sung numerous songs in Maithili, Bhojpuri and Magahi languages. Sharda Sinha was also awarded the Padma Shri. Sharda Sinha’s husband Braj Kishore Sinha passed away recently.

Son talks about his health

Singer Sharda Sinha’s son Anshuman has given an update on his mother’s health. Anshuman told reporters that his condition was very bad. Doctors are working hard. He also asked for prayers for the singer. Sharda Sinha’s son said, “Mother is on ventilator… I have just signed the consent form. Please pray. Please.
