Washington: US Vice President Kamala Harris made an important statement ahead of Friday’s election. Harris claimed that the Republican candidate and his rival Donald Trump were pitting Americans against each other in the presidential election. Harris, the Democratic candidate in next week’s presidential election, said, “America deserves better than what Donald Trump has delivered. America needs a president who understands our responsibility and role to our people and the rest of the world.”
“I will use common sense to find solutions”
“As you’ve heard me say many times, my commitment to the American people is that I will find solutions based on common sense,” Harris said in Wisconsin. “I will listen to those who disagree with me, Listen to the experts and become a president for all Americans. But Donald Trump is pitting Americans against each other. He spends all his time inciting Americans to blame each other. He spent much of his time plotting revenge against his political opponents. Harris said Trump has increasingly become someone who views his political opponents as enemies.
‘Trump is always looking for revenge’
Kamala Harris said Trump is always looking for revenge and he is becoming increasingly “erratic.” “My views are very clear,” he said. “I believe in democracy.” Democracy is wonderful but complex, and we love debate. We accept differences. One of the reasons I’m going to include Republican leaders in my cabinet is because I want to understand the perspectives of different people. I enjoy learning and benefiting from different ideas from different perspectives. This will help me make the best decision. That’s the big difference between me and Donald Trump. (language)
