Bharatiya Janata Party leader Giriraj Singh took a dig at Congress leader Rahul Gandhi’s video showing him working with workers. He claimed that even in 20 years of public life, Rahul Gandhi failed to understand India’s workers.
Giriraj Singh posted on his social media account Never saw any of the homes repaired or painted. At this age, even after 20 years of active public and political life, Rahul Gandhi still cannot understand India’s workers.
Congressional leaders shared video
Opposition leader in Lok Sabha Rahul Gandhi shared a video of him spending time with workers and lamp manufacturers. In the video, he can be seen scrubbing the walls and picking up pots with the painters at his residence at Janpath No. 10. Rahul can also be seen making a lamp and kneading clay in the video. His nephew Rehan joined Rahul to discuss the workers’ issues.
Rahul listens to workers’ problems
Talking to painters and potters, Rahul Gandhi asked them how they face challenges. He gets information from them about their problems and struggles. In the video, Rahul Gandhi talks about the bungalow at 10 Janpath and says that he doesn’t particularly like it as his father died in this house. Congress leader Sonia Gandhi has lived at Janpath No. 10 for many years.
